Not just filling in shifts, but actually building member relationships, instructing classes, developing the program and growing into bigger roles.

Here's what we usually get asked
Starting pay is $37.50 per hour. This will be reviewed during your probationary period and will continue to be assessed as the role grows.
During your probationary period, this will start as a casual position with between 7-15 hours per week.
In this role you will need to be willing to grow. This role will eventually develop into part time and potentially full time.
Our coaching sessions currently run in two blocks... early morning from 5am–8am, and afternoon from 4pm–7pm.
Understand that this is an evlvoing roster where more sessions are added all the time. There also is potential for mid-morning and midday sessions to open up as we grow, but that's what the schedule looks like right now.
Weekend work may be a requirement of the role, but that is not set as of right now
We're a small but tight-knit team. Izac is the owner and founder, Erin is the manager, and we have a group of assistant coaches on the gym floor as well as instructors in our Pilates studio upstairs. We're a team that genuinely values community, both with our members and with each other.
Our members are predominantly middle-aged women, mostly mums whose kids are a bit older, who haven't trained in years and are ready to build a routine they can actually stick to. They're not looking to compete or chase PBs, they want to feel good, move well, and be consistent. We do work with people outside of this demographic, but that's who we're built around and who you'll be spending most of your time with.
For the gym, all programming will be provided for you.
For the studio, you won't have to try and understand someone else's hand writing or what they name specific exercises that may be different to yours.
We will help teach you our systems and give you a framework for how we run a session. But you'll get to bring your own flair on the specifics of the programming.
No. Members are fed into your sessions, your job is to coach!
Yes. You'll receive ongoing training and mentorship from both the owner and the manager to make sure you're upholding standards and continuing to grow, both as a coach and as a person.
Absolutely!
For strong performers will always have the opportunity to take on more shifts, and if you're interested, there's a clear pathway into the a bigger role when the opportunity becomes available.
We're located in South Albury on the corner of Townsend Street and Nurigong Street.
1. Uphold Our Coaching Standards
We do what we say we will do.
We prepare, show up with energy, coach with intent, and deliver consistent excellence, session after session.
2. Go Above & Beyond for Our Members
We always take care of our clients, even when it feels outside of “our job.”
If someone needs support, encouragement, or extra care, we show up for them. Our members are at the heart of what we do.
3. Radical Accountability
We take full ownership of our actions, standards, and outcomes.
We don’t blame, avoid, or wait for someone else to fix it. We are proactive, growth-driven, and committed to becoming better coaches and teammates.
4. Honest, Supportive & Transparent Communication
We believe in kind, not nice.
We have honest conversations, give feedback that helps each other grow, and hold each other to the standards we set, because that’s how great teams operate.
I help everyday mums rebuild their confidence, find their consistency, and actually enjoy training again. Over the years I’ve coached thousands of sessions and built a space that feels like a second home for our members,.
I care about doing things properly - real coaching, real connection, real outcomes - no quick fixes, no BS.
